This DVD is not for the beginner. This DVD is for magicians of cards that are comfortable with a deck of cards, and have prior knowledge of frills, and flash. This DVD is intensive, and magic is about technique. It's not a trick, and DVD performance. The explanations are concise, and precise. Practice sessions with great angles on the shoulder, and music for all the content in the DVD. This DVD is an exploration of what is possible with a deck of cards.
More than two years ago brought Nelson Chad area, the best-selling DVD with the Shift key clip. Now comes the release of the fingers. Filled with plenty of snap, Chad brings you some of his personal favorites. Inside, more than 20 new things to work. Headlining is the change of the Club, one of the most color changes visually to be discovered. Cup Half Nelson is also featured. This cup is the baby of Chad, its going to flourish. Chad is known for its visual style and direct methods. On this DVD you can enjoy new ideas and gain a springboard for your card magic and imagination to fly. Be prepared to fill your toolbox and the magical spirit.
A two-hour session.
Personally, I think the price is definitely worth a DVD from useful tools are taught in there that have a high degree of usefulness. Many people criticized this DVD really, trust me when I say that you will not be disappointed.
My comment on the release of the fingers
Quality, and editing. Although not a professionally produced DVD quality is fine. Sometimes you hear a little rustling sound but overall everything is clear. In my opinion the video quality on DVD is overrated anyway. It is the content that counts.
Menu. The background menu displays various pictures of Chad. The menu itself has a background music that fits the style of the DVD.
There are five items on the menu. Number one is chapters, it shows if you open another five menu items, the controls being, flourishes, Productions, and various doubles. The second menu item Effects in which all effects are listed. The point of the third menu is essentially just the trailer.
The fourth is called film preview is a short film about what magic means to Chad. The latter are the credits. The menu itself is decently designed, and tidy.
Teaching. After completing each move or effect, Chad pass on the mechanics of each item. What I like his teaching style is that it is not boring to watch. This is the point. Although I personally like this style of teaching, it may not be the best for a beginner. After explaining a front view. You can also watch the full explanation from a shoulder view.
Overall. As you may have noticed that an intensive magic DVD. If you're a monkey go, I definitely recommend it to order this DVD. If you want to work on ideas I also recommend this DVD.
